Return and cancellation policy

My aim is 100% customer satisfaction, no question. Should you have any comments or queries, please contact me so we may resolve any problem you may have.

Delivery Policy

Items purchased are usually despatched the same day as cleared payment is received. You will be advised when your item has been sent. Items are sent First Class Post or by Special Delivery. Whilst I have no control over the Royal Mail, I have found them to be reliable in every tranasction thus far, delays may occur from time to time, but do not hesitate to contact me should you feel it neccessary.
